A 57-year-old Beloit man is facing a Operating While Intoxicated 10th Offense charge after a traffic crash on the city’s near west side.  Police say Kendal W. Tilley was arrested after driving into a home in the 800 block of 8th Street about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Officers say Tilley was injured in the crash and needed to be hospitalized.  Court records on-line indicate Tilley was sentenced in 2015 to five-years in prison on a charge of Operating while Intoxicated 9th Offense.
