A 25-year-old Janesville man is facing burglary charges after police say they caught him at the scene.  Officers responded to a burglar alarm at Rotary Gardens in Janesville about 4:30 a.m. Monday.  A news release indicates officers found D. J. Weberg emerging from a wood-line near the building with the alarm.  Police say evidence was obtained to confirm Weberg burglarized the building.  Authorities say Weberg was also arrest in 2019 for a burglary at Blackhawk Golf Course on Palmer Drive.  Weberg also faces a probation violation.
