A 25-year-old Beloit man is in custody after a shooting incident on the city’s east side.

Beloit police say Ned J. Guerra originally reported to them, someone shot at him from a car in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue (Tuesday) night.

A police review of video surveillance in the area led officers to believe it was Guerra who fired the shots.

Guerra was arrested on a charge of Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.

No one was reported injured.
