The 23-year-old Evansville man accused of shooting a co-worker to death in Janesville this week makes his initial appearance in Rock County Court.

Kevin Todd is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, and three counts of recklessly endangering safety while armed.

Janesville Police say Todd claimed that he was bullied at Precision Drawn Metals in Janesville prior to shooting the 30-year-old victim in the back.

Todd and the victim had only worked together for about seven days.

In Rock County Court Friday afternoon, Court Commissioner Stephen Meter ordered Todd be held on a $1 million cash bond.

He’s due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on May 5th.
