A 42-year-old Janesville man is arrested for drunken driving for the fourth time after being stopped for driving a vehicle with expired license plates.

According to a news release, an officer spotted a vehicle with expired plates that did not belong to it in the area of Center Avenue and Nicolet Street just after 2:30 Monday morning.

The driver, Michael R Hudson was taken into custody on an active warrant, and showed signs of impairment.

After failing several field sobriety tests, Hudson was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense.
