The second of two Beloit men accused of robbing a Beloit motel is bound over for trial.
In Rock County Court Monday afternoon, 34-year-old Cory Kiser waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of party to the crime of armed robbery.
Kiser’s attorney Bradley Lochowicz plead not guilty to the charge and Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer ordered a jury trial to be set.
Kiser and 42-year-old Joshua Vega-Kelley are accused of robbing the Driftwood Motel at about 10:00 the morning of January 8th.
Vega-Kelley was bound over for trial in February.
