The head of Beloit Public Schools is a top-of-the-list choice to head another district.
Superintendent Daniel Keyser is the lone finalist for the superintendent job for the Stoughton Area School District.
Keyser was reported to be scheduled for final interviews with Stoughton school board members late last week.
Keyser became the School District of Beloit’s permanent superintendent in February of 2021 after serving as interim superintendent for the district beginning in June of 2020.
Keyser served in school administration for 16 years before becoming Beloit’s interim superintendent.
