A local non-profit raises more than a million dollar more than it’s fundraising goal.

HealthNet of Rock County’s Pairings that Please fundraiser this past Saturday pushed the non-profit’s capital campaign total to over $4.4 million. The original fundraising goal was $3.25 million.

HealthNet of Rock County CEO Ian Hedges says it means the free and charitable clinic will be able to begin offering dental and mental health services at it’s new South Franklin Street location in September.

Hedges says the additional funds will be used to add items to make the new building more patient-centered, and create an endowment and building trust fund for future repairs and property maintenance.
