The 19-year-old Janesville man accused of punching a woman and then trying to run her and the good Samaritans that came to her aid over with a vehicle waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.

Daequan Hanna is charged with disorderly conduct, battery, and three counts of recklessly endangering safety in connection with the May 2nd incident in the 1400 block of Starline Lane.

Hanna pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday morning and Court Commissioner Jack Hoag bound him over for trial.

Hanna is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
