Janesville’s third cycle of downtown and outgoing main street sweeping is planned to start Thursday morning when traffic and street parking are minimal. According to a news release, city crews will sweep main arterial streets during the cycle’s first day. The next day, crews will sweep downtown streets and parking lots, and the remainder of main arterial streets. It’s planned to run through May 27. Plans are to do the sweeping early in the morning those days. Street sweeping dates are weather dependent and subject to change.
