An out-of-town couple is arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior in Monroe after police say they were busted smoking methamphetamine while naked from the waist down in a vehicle.

According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the parking lot of an apartment building on the 800 block of 6th Street after a citizen reported seeing a man and woman touching each other’s naked genitals while doing drugs in a vehicle.

Officers responded and arrested 59-year-old Todd M. Beyersdorf on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions on a prior case, and several outstanding warrants.

30-year-old Maeghan M. Bouressa of Tigerton was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, and disorderly conduct.
