A 25-year-old Beloit man who was sentenced to probation in connection with a shooting in June of 2020 at the Blu Astor Cabaret is headed to prison after pleading guilty to another shooting.

Rock County Judge John Wood revoked Jaquczeas Wiggins’ probation on two counts of second degree reckless injury from April of 2021 and sentenced him to four years in prison and two years of extended supervision.

In a separate case, Wiggins plead guilty to first degree recklessly endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon in connection with a drive-by shooting in Beloit in November of last year.

In that case Wiggins was sentenced to five years of probation.
