A 32-year-old Janesville man, accused of crashing his vehicle while under the influence, may have police to thank for saving his life.  Janesville police responded to a report of a man, appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving away from the Kwik Trip on East Memorial Street late Friday night.  Police say an officer began life saving measures on Daniel R. Miller after finding him crashed into a pair of parked vehicles on Walker Street.  Authorities say Miller was arrested on a charge of OWI 4th offense and has another OWI already pending in the court system.  Officers say Miller is still in the Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital.
