The 25-year-old Beloit man who’s accused of firing the shots he reported to police takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.
Rock County Judge found 25-year-old Ned. Guerra guilty of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon Friday morning and withheld judgement on a third charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety.
McCrory withheld sentence and placed Guerra on probation for 18 months.
Beloit police say Guerra originally reported to them, someone shot at him from a car in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue on March 29th.
A police review of video surveillance in the area led officers to believe it was Guerra who fired the shots.
