Signature bond is set for a Rock Township man who made an initial court appearance Wednesday on charges of possession of child pornography.

Court Official Stephen Meyer set conditions for bond for 36-year old Derek T Miller, prohibiting the possession of child pornography and the possession and use of any device that would connect Miller to the Internet.

Miller was taken into custody Tuesday after members of the Rock County Sheriff SWAT team, Detective Bureau and the Digital Forensics Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice executed a search warrant.

A $5,000 signature bond was set for Miller, who is scheduled to make an adjourned initial appearance July 20th.
