A 28-year-old man from Illinois has been identified as the fatality in a July 4th three-vehicle crash near Lake Geneva.

Jesus Orlando Castro-Gonzalez of the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg was killed in the crash at State Highway 120 and County Highway B in Linn Township.

Linn Police say 11 people involved in the crash were transported to area hospitals and trauma centers.

The intersection was closed approximately three hours due to the crash, which is still under investigation.
