The Rock County Board of Supervisors unanimously approves a $1 million offer from Kwik Trip for the former job center building on Center Avenue.

County Faculties Management Director Brent Sutherland says there was one other offer but it fell through.

Proceeds from the sale of the building could pay off remaining debt or could subsidize public projects over the next two years.

Kwik Trip plans to raze the building and construct on new store on the east portion of the lot.
