Starting Monday the Wall Street and Parker Drive Parking ramp in Janesville will be partially closed for maintenance.

City Engineer Brad Reents says the work will be done in phases to avoid impacting parking. The entrance may be one lane in and out but that there will always be parking available. Those using the ramp may need to go to a different level than what they’re used to.

Reents says that the ramp was constructed in 2010 and that annual inspections identified some typical maintenance that needed to be done.

The projected is expected to be completed in mid-September.
