A 60-year old Beloit man charged with two counts of child enticement and soliciting a child for prostitution stands mute.

Russell W Partlow appeared with his attorney in front of Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer Wednesday afternoon where he waived a reading of the charges and stood mute. A not guilty plea was entered by the court.

Partlow was arrested in June after Janesville Police allege that he was parked in his truck and was soliciting a juvenile female for a sexual relationship in Palmer Park.
