A 22-year-old Evansville man is indicted by a grand jury in Madison on child pornography charges.

Brandon M. Grazioso is charged in federal court with three counts of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

According to a news release, Grazioso posted a file of a minor engaged in sexual activity on Kik three times in December of 2021 and that he possessed a photo of a child under the age of 12 involved in sexually explicit conduct in June of this year.

If convicted, Grazioso faces a minimum of five years in prison on the distribution charges and up to 20 years in prison on the possession charge.
