It appears a plea agreement has been reached in the case of a 31-year-old Beloit man who’s accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

Christopher S Grider was represented in Rock County Court by Defense Attorney Bradley Lochowicz Thursday afternoon and a plea and sentencing hearing was scheduled for October 27th.

Grider had been charged with first degree sexual assault with a person under the age of 13 and repeated sexual assault of a child.

A Rock County Circuit Court criminal complaint alleges Grider of assaulting a 10-year-old girl between January 15th and January 30th of this year..
