Those seeking to take advantage of The Emergency Food Assistance Program, or TEFAP, should prepare for some income guideline changes.

ECHO Executive Director Jessica Locher says the income guidelines have now decreased since they’re no longer going off pandemic numbers, but that the numbers are up compared to pre-COVID.

Locher says the new income guidelines are available on the ECHO website or via an internet search of The Emergency Food Assistance Program in Wisconsin.

ECHO expects that the TEFAP program will bring in between ten to fifteen thousand pounds of food each month.
