An Orfordville business continues the tradition of showing off the work of local quilters.

The Sassy Farm Chicks Quilt Company in Orfordville hosts their 5th annual airing of the Quilts on Saturday, September 17th.

Co-owner Rhonda Streich says what started with just 60 quilts has grown to over 300.

Streich says anyone who’d like to display a quilt at the event, can drop them off at her shop on West Beloit Street in Orfordville through September 15th.

The event will feature a quilt worth and history presentation, presentation by local quilting groups, and children’s activities in Purdy Park.
