A Tourism Marketing Grant from the Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau could make all the difference for a new event.

Executive Director Christine Rebout says $10,000 is being made available for groups and organizations looking to draw visitors to Rock County.

The funds may be used for events held now through April of 2023. The deadline to apply is October 18th.

Since the development of the fund in 1990, the Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau has given away over $290,000 to local groups and organizations.
