The Janesville City Council opens the City Manager application process after incorporating feedback from the public.

Tuesday, December 20th is the deadline for interested candidates to submit their applications.

Human Resources Director Tara Semenchuk says citizens can view the recruitment brochure on the City’s website.

Semenchuk says the City Council hopes to have a list of semi-finalists after the first of the year.

Former City Manager Mark Freitag left in October to take the City Manager position in Westminster, Colorado.
