Rotary Botanical Gardens is looking to construct a new concessions and restroom building on it’s property at 1455 Palmer Drive.
Senior Planner Brian Schweigl says a 900 square foot building would be located on the far east end of the gardens.
The unique-looking building is made out of stone and built into the side of a hill with a fenced in look-out point on top.
The Janesville Plan Commission will be doing an architectural review of the project at their meeting Monday night before forwarding a recommendation to the City Council.
