The 25-year-old Navy Recruiter from Machesney Park accused of having unwanted sexual contact with teenage girls from a local high school has his adjourned initial appearance delayed.
Bryan M. Bradley-Hubbard’s attorney Kim Marie Zion said she was only assigned the case late Thursday night before his adjourned initial appearance on Friday afternoon and she wanted more time to go over the details with Bradley-Hubbard.
Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer approved the request and set Bradley-Hubbard’s adjourned initial for Wednesday afternoon, where one of the victims plans to speak.
Bradley-Hubbard faces four charges of child enticement and two charges of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children.
