After a tremendous amount of support from the community, Caritas in Beloit is in line to receive a much needed new roof.

Executive Director Max Dodson says they had a silent partner that will willing to match donations up to $20,000, and they hit the $20,000 they needed in just 42 days.

Dodson says after they raised the first $41,000 in part to the silent donor, another anonymous donor offered to match donations to help cover the rest of the project; and now the roof is completely paid for through donations.

Dodson says Corporate Contractors Inc will be doing the work on the roof this spring.
