The jury trial of a former Badger football player who’s charged with shooting two mothers to death in Janesville in February of 2020 is on track to begin January 17th.

In August of 2022, 36-year-old Marcus Randle-El’s jury trial was delayed by five months after one of his attorneys tested positive for COVID-19.

Randle-El is accused of shooting Seairaha Winchester and Brittany McAdory to death in Janesville in February of 2020 in a dispute over drug money.

Randle-El is charged with two counts of first degree intentional homicide, operating a vehicle without consent, and possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon.
