Janesville Police Chief David Moore puts on his interim City Manager hat and delivers the State of the City address.

Janesville City Council President Paul Benson took some time to praise Moore prior to his speech.

Benson says selecting Police Chief David Moore to serve in the position was the most popular decision he has been a part of on the council.

In his nearly 45 minute speech Thursday at City Hall Moore said Janesville is in a really good place.

Moore says if you think back not only to the past year, but the decades before, it is easy to see the City’s investment and dividends.
