A 48-year-old man who is currently incarcerated in Oshkosh take a plea deal in a Rock County liquor store robbery case.

According to online court records, Benito Del Bosque plead guilty to robbery with threat of force and attempted armed robbery Monday morning before Judge John Wood.

Additional charges of two counts of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read into the record.

Del Bosque and 26-year-old Emily Revel were arrested in November of 2021 in connection with the robbery of Virks Liquor in Janesville, after leading police on a chase from Janesville to Beloit.

Del Bosque faces up to 40 years in prison at sentencing on May 4th.
