A 39-year-old Janesville woman is in custody and a 34-year-old Janesville woman facing charges after police say a disturbance in a downtown bar turned into a shots-fired incident.  Janesville police say officers were called to a sports bar in the 200 block of West Milwaukee Street about 11:00 p.m. Wednesday.  Officers say two women had attacked the bartender.  Shortly after, Jamie B. Payton is accused of firing several shots in a nearby alley, with one round hitting a residence.  Payton faces charges including Intoxicated Use of a Firearm, First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Battery.
