The School District of Milton faces staff and program cuts, that could lead to fewer student offerings and larger class sizes if an April operational referendum fails to pass.
The District is hosting two informational meetings to make sure voters are informed about the $9.5 million referendum before heading to the polls.
Superintendent Richard Dahman says community meetings are planned for Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Milton high School and Tuesday at 6:30 at Harmony Elementary.
52 school districts will have referendums on the ballot in April, including the one in Milton.
