A wanted man from Pennsylvania is arrested a motel in Janesville.

Janesville Police say on February 16th, they received information that 32-year-old Darelle Coffey was staying at the Motel 6 and that he had an outstanding extraditable felony probation warrant for absconding out of Pennsylvania.

Coffey has a violent criminal history with arrests that include attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering safety, burglary, stalking, and illegal possession of a firearm.

Janesville Police say they observed Coffey coming in and out of one of the motel rooms and obtained a warrant.

The Janesville Police Department SWAT team was activated at 10:30 p.m. and by 1:03 a.m. Coffey had surrendered without incident.
