Bail is set at $1 million cash for the 33-year-old Beloit man accused of shooting a 29-year-old woman to death earlier this week.

Tyrone Young made his initial appearance in Rock County Court Wednesday afternoon on charges of first degree intentional homicide and five counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety.

Beloit Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Porter Avenue just before 9:00 Monday morning where they found the victim suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.

Young was arrested at the scene.

He is set to appear in court again March 3rd for a preliminary hearing.
