Janesville saw some good voter turnout for the February primary election.
City Clerk Lori Stottler says Janesville saw 5,689 in-person voters and 2,885 absentee voters for a total of 8,574, which was a 16.6% turnout of eligible voters and a 22.6% turnout of registered voters.
Stottler says as soon as the state certifies the Supreme Court race, then they start building ballots for the April election and will get those out in the next couple weeks.
Stottler says if people want to vote in 2023, April will be their last chance as its the last election of the year.
