The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Rock County is partnering with the Wisconsin Alzheimer Disease Research Center for a year long series of classes about Mild Cognitive Impairment.
Research Center Outreach Specialist Bonnie Nuttkinson says the first class takes place March 25th and will focus on strategies people can use to strengthen their minds.
Nuttkinson says people can tune in from home via zoom, or they can go to the Dr. Daniel Hale Williams Resource Center to attend the class in person.
People can register for an online program by visiting the Research Center’s website, or if they want to attend in person, they can contact the ADRC of Rock County.
