A 28-year-old Janesville man who’s accused of stabbing another person in the head during a road rage incident last spring takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.

Damien Walls plead guilty Tuesday morning to a single count of first degree recklessly endangering safety with use of a dangerous weapon as a repeater.

Additional charges of substantial battery, disorderly conduct, possession with intent to deliver THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia were read into the record.

Janesville Police say Walls and another driver confronted each other after a near collision in the area of Main and Racine Streets on April 20th of 2022.
