The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.

48-year-old Travis E. Hoag is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Monday March 20th.

Hoag was convicted in Winnebago County of two counts of third degree sexual assault in 1996.

While living in Janesville Hoag is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
