Those interested in reptile and amphibian conservation in Wisconsin may be interested in an upcoming lecture at the Welty Environmental Center Sunday afternoon.
Executive Director Brenda Plakans says they’ll be welcoming Dr. Joshua Kapfer, who is a biology professor at UW Whitewater and has recently released a book and amphibians and reptiles in Wisconsin.
Plakans says this is the first time they’ve had Kapfer in for a lecture, but he fits in line with a lot of the things they try to teach and the environmental center.
Seating for the lecture is limited, so the public is asked to register by visiting the Welty Environmental Center website.
