A 40-year-old Janesville man is facing a variety of charges after a domestic disturbance.  Janesville police were called to Volunteer Park on South Main Street about 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.  Officers later captured suspect Matthew Pollock while executing a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Milton Avenue.  A news release indicates Pollock refused to listen to officer’s commands and was tased.  Charges include Battery, False imprisonment, Criminal Damage to Property, Strangulation, and Resisting an Officer.  Pollock is currently on probation with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
