Starbucks submits plans for a coffee shop with a drive-thru on the west side of Whitewater.

City Manager John Weidl says the plan is to redevelop the former Whitewater Quick Lube property at 1280 West Main Street.

Weidl says as part of the development plans, the existing building would be torn down.

The City’s Plan and Architectural Review Commission will conduct a site plan review on May 8th.
