A new mural on a wall of the Stateline Boys and Girls Club Joel Barrett Branch in Beloit draws inspiration from kids’ experience with the club and what it means to them.

CEO Mark Rand says Milwaukee-based artist Tia Richardson was hired to help complete a mural.

Rand says kids from the club, parents, and community members came in to help paint the mural, with Richardson completing the final touches.

Members of the community are invited to the mural unveiling Tuesday from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. at 202 Maple Street in Beloit.
