The 51 year old Beloit man who arrested on charges including Possession with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine makes his initial appearance in Rock County court.

Court Commissioner Mason Brauschweig ordered a cash bond in the amount of $500 for Kelly Voth Thursday afternoon, with conditions that maintain absolute sobriety and not possess firearms.

The state argued for a $5,000 cash bond, saying Voth was found with over 55 grams of cocaine along with two firearms, one of which was stolen; thus he was a risk to the community.

The state said the prosecuting attorney may also be bringing charges of possession of a firearm by a felon against Voth.

Voth will make an adjourned initial appearance in Rock County Court on June 28th.
