The smell of thousands of pork chops sizzling on a grill will be wafting through Janesville Wednesday.
The popular event that officially kicks off summer at the Rock County 4-H Fairgrounds is back in its original form for the first time since before COVID-19.
Rock County Pork Producers Secretary Lynn Galbraith-Wilson says Pork Fest runs from 4:00 until 8:00 Wednesday night.
Galbraith-Wilson says attendees can enjoy live music while eating a two pork chop dinner.
Galbraith Wilson says to-go meals and uncooked, seasoned pork chops will also be for sale.
