The YWCA of Rock County will be holding another installment of their monthly Courageous Conversation series Monday evening.

Racial Justice Director Aimee Leavy says this month’s conversation will focus on highlighting BIPOC contributions to the LGBTQ community and celebrating moments in queer history that sparked activism towards quality.

Leavy says a lot of the great work they want to do in reaching equity and eliminating racism start with conversations and relationships, but it can’t stop there and those conversations need to move Rock County into being a better place to live.

The meeting starts at 5:30pm, and people can register for the event by visiting the YWCA’s website or social media platforms.
