The Walworth County Aging and Disability Resource Center is one of a little over a dozen ADRCs around the state that were chosen to launch the Department of Health Services’ independent living supports pilot program.

Manager Randy Kohl says the goal is to keep people out of Medicaid long-term care facilities as long as possible.

The pilot will offer up to $7,200 in one-time, periodic, or continuing services based on the needs of participants.

Walworth County Seniors can find out if they qualify for the program by calling the Aging and Disability Resource Center.
