A 56-year-old Janesville man is facing charges after police say he drove his pickup truck into a vehicle, and then after a short chase, into a house.  Janesville police say officers first responded to the intersection of Delavan Drive and Beloit Avenue about 9:30 p.m. Thursday for the reported hit-and-run of an occupied vehicle.  Officers say they later caught up with Chad P. Measner at Pontiac Drive and Blackbridge Road, but say he fled the traffic stop.  Police say they caught up with him again at Claremont and Lucerne when he drove through a T-intersection and hit a house.  Measner was arrested on charges including Hit and Run, Four Counts of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Operating While Intoxicated Fourth Offense.
