The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.

58 year old Michael P. Boyer will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Sunday, July 16th.

Boyer was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape in Placer County, California in December of 1990.

Boyer was also convicted of sexual assault in Dane County in February of 2014.

While living in Janesville, Boyer is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
