A “Realtors Roundtable” hosted by the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation Wednesday morning aims to discuss market needs and trends in Beloit.

Director Drew Pennington says the intent it to get feedback from realtors and find out what types of housing are being demanded by the public, what the city might need more of, and how certain incentives can benefit the market.

Pennington says they need all types of housing in Beloit, but specifically affordable medium income family homes and multi family rental housing and both are expected to be a topic of discussion.

The roundtable is open to the public and will be held at the Beloit Public Library starting at 9am Wednesday.
